To Start Service:
Please complete, sign, and date the application and return it along with a clear copy of the applicant's photo id and the following supporting
New Owner - A copy of the closing/settlement statement or grant deed.
Renter - A copy of the signed rental/lease agreement including the property owner's name and phone number.
Agent - A copy of the listing agreement or other written authorization from the seller.
There will be no exceptions to the water service application process. All documents must be submitted before water can be turned on.

Applications will not be processed over the phone.
A security deposit shall be deposited at the time application for water service is made. The determination of an applicant's creditworthiness shall be based solely upon criteria developed by the District.If a soft credit check is necessary to determine credit worthiness, a $5 processing fee will apply. The District's deposits are $0, $150 or $250. The District currently charges a $1.75 credit card processing fee. To avoid this fee, payments can be received at our District office by cash, check or money order.
If the water service is currently on, we may schedule the transfer of service on the next available service day. If the water service is off and you would like service reconnected the same day, we must receive the application by 3:00 p.m. If received after 3:00 p.m., there may be a $50.00 after-hour fee, or service can be restored the next business day.
To End Service:
Accounts are not closed automatically. We require a notice of 2 working days to cancel your service. Please contact our Customer Service Center to close your account and update your mailing address. It is your responsibility to contact our office to discontinue service and submit the End Water Service Application form.
